The shopping cart and other new online store functions
Activate the shopping cart, check out new blocks in the Store category, choose delivery options, add product information and
set up data transfer for online checkout.
We have updated our eCommerce tools so you can create a beautiful online store.
No developer needed.
Shopping cart
You can add a shopping cart to your site.

You can also add a number of products and change the quantity of the product. The final sum is calculated automatically.

Goods remain in the shopping cart even if a shopper goes to another store page or closes the website and returns at another time.
An order form will appear in the same window
as soon as an item is placed in the cart.
The cart widget is universal, and you can use it to sell both goods and services such as a place at a UX design course, media conference tickets, tours to Kamchatka or yoga lessons.

It's simple: add a button featuring the price and quantity of products or services. When the user clicks it, they are taken straight to the payment system.
Order form inside the cart
The cart is integrated with the order form that you can customise it the way you want. Simply add the necessary fields and receive the information you need.

For example, if you need your customer to send you a logo for the sweatshirt you're making for them, add the field 'Attach file'.
The form in the cart is configured in the same way as other forms on Tilda and has the same wide range of functions.
Receiving orders
Tilda has a simple interface for receiving orders, it also offers integration with data receiving services.

Turn on integration with email or Google Sheets. You can also connect Telegram: as soon as a buyer pays for their order, you will receive a notification in the chat. It's very convenient when you need to know about the order straight away.
All orders sent via order forms are stored in your account on Tilda. The orders that have been placed
but not paid for are also kept there.
Delivery
There is a number of delivery options available. The buyer can choose their favourite option such as 'Pick up from vendor' or 'Delivery by courier'. The delivery fee will be added to the total cost of goods in the cart.
Delivery could be free or have various costs depending on the type of delivery —
the final price will reflect this.
Blocks featuring new product cards
A detailed view is built in product cards: when you click the card, a pop-up window appears with an enlarged picture and an extended description.
A single product card now features a gallery of smaller images. Additional images can be viewed in more detail.
Attach labels to goods to show they are new or on offer.

Front-end developer, Tilda Publishing
We've had online shops on Tilda before but we made them more convenient and added new functions. For example, you no longer need to add a pop-up block and link it to a product card. The pop-ups are now built-in.

You can set up various actions for the goods themselves: add them to a cart, place an order, open a pop-up box or follow a link to a separate page for more product information.
Choosing product specifications and price modifiers
Products now feature specifications and price modifiers. For example, you can customise the page so your buyers can choose the colour, size or quantity of goods. You can set up to 3 different specifications.
Products are priced depending on a chosen specification. For example, the same print can cost $5 (size A3) and $10 (size A0). These specifications are set in the product card.
Complementary products
You can add a complementary product such as gift wrapping paper.

This is convenient if you are selling something as a set, for example, a succulent plant together with a handmade flower pot. The price of an additional product will be added to the price of the main product of your choice.
Choosing a payment option
eCommerce stores made on Tilda accept card payments, or you can set up cash payments to couriers or pay via electronic money systems.

There are 6 such payment systems integrated with Tilda: PayPal, CloudPayments, Robokassa, Yandex.Money, Yandex.Kassa. Companies registered outside of Russia can connect to Stripe.
You can connect your store to several payment systems
simultaneously in Site Settings.
Robokassa, a Russian-based payment system, which allows you to use your Visa/MasterCard for payments, is integrated with Apple Pay. This means your customers can conveniently use their mobile phones to pay for goods using Apple Pay.
You can set your payment method as cash on delivery.
The store will operate even if you have not set up a payment systems or specified a payment method. Orders placed via your website will be saved so you can get in touch with the client to discuss their order.
Creating an online store without online payments
You can also set up a store that only accepts cash payments and collects orders via an order form. This is convenient when the cost of a product is high or you need to discuss details with the client before their order is processed. Customers can pay with cash or via a bank transfer.

The number of payment systems is constantly growing. We have integrated six main systems so our customers can connect any or all of them. This is convenient both for Russian or foreign customers. The client has an option of paying via PayPal or Stripe.

Russian authorities have recently passed the law on online cash registers. As of 1 July 2017, Tilda supports e-receipts for Robokassa, Yandex.Kassa and Cloudpayments. Certain details are passed to payment systems, and in turn the payment system sends receipts to the tax office via an online cashier service. Change specifications in in site settings.

Founder, Tilda Publishing
The eCommerce stores on Tilda offer more than simply exchanging goods for money. Your online store can be so much more than that. Add the founder's bio, show how you work behind the scenes, describe your values. Create your story.

Tilda provides you with an integrated approach to growing your business: sell products in your online store, create promotional landing pages, have a blog to market your content, create email marketing campaigns.
An online store can be a platform that introduces
the brand to its audience, and not just sells products.
Integration with email marketing services and CRM
Once you have configured the CRM system, any contact received will be added to your preferred system. Tilda is equipped to work with the popular CRM systems such as Bitrix24, AmoCRM, and Megaplan.

An online store created on Tilda can be integrated with an email marketing service. This means that the email address of a person who makes a purchase will automatically be added to MailChimp or Unisender databases. Set up an automated mailing; this will free you from doing everything manually.
You can set up an email marketing campaign on Tilda.

If this is not required, you can find a simple interface on Tilda for viewing and tracking all orders.
Going directly to checkout. No shopping cart required
If a product or a service are a one-off and there is no need to describe additional parameters, you can set up the payment in a way so when a buyer clicks Buy he is taken directly to a payment system.
