You can now specify which screen resolution you want the guides to be displayed on. Also, the position of the guide bar has changed: It is now fixed to the screen. This allows you to always see and quickly change guide coordinates, regardless of your location in the workspace.
To add guides, you can pull them from the rulers, use the context menu, or the shortcuts:
Cmd/Ctrl + H for a new horizontal guide
