Feedback widget

💭 A feedback widget is a button, pop-up form or a live chat window on a website that grabs the user's attention and urges them to act.

A widget can have a significant impact on significantly the number of user requests: a customer can contact a seller right away and get all their questions answered very quickly.

However, if there is more than one widget on the page, if it's animated but annoyingly so, or a widget cannot be closed, this will put off the user causing them to leave the site.

A widget is an additional communication channel with your site visitors. Think about how best to use it to attract, rather than scare away potential buyers.

✨ Tilda has three custom widgets:

— Callback widget, block BF901. On a mobile, a click on the widget button starts a call. If you are using a computer, a click opens a customer contact form.
— Messenger widget, block BF902. A form opens on click so the user can leave a message and contact information.
— Subscription widget, block BF903. A form opens on click for the user to leave their email address and subscribe to a newsletter.

Add the block you need to your page, customize its appearance and integrate it with your favorite CRM application. Done!

🤝 To add an online chat widget, choose JivoSite using block T133. If you need an automatic dial function for your callback widget, opt for CallbackHunter (add it with the help of block T128).

Use widgets to increase conversions but keep in mind that multiple widgets can feel intrusive and may repel site visitors. Better choose just one but make sure it's the best one for your needs and your website.
