You can now add comments to orders and send customers messages that they'll see in their Customer Account. Also, leave internal notes on customer profiles that are only visible to store managers and other assigned project collaborators.
Order Comments For Customers Store managers can now leave comments on customer orders — for example, to thank someone for their purchase. The comment will be displayed in the corresponding order.
To leave an order comment: 1. In the project's main dashboard, go to the Orders tab. 2. Open the order you want to comment on. 3. Under Comment, click the pencil icon.
Private Messages & Internal Notes Send a customer a message to notify them of something important like a status update. The message will be shown in their Customer Account.
Use inner notes to keep important details about a customer — for example, to mark them as a regular. These notes are only visible to the store administrator and assigned project collaborators, and can be found in the Member's Credentials in the Members dashboard.
To send a message or leave an internal note: 1. In the project's main dashboard, go to the Members tab. 2. Select the desired user. 3. Click Message for the user or Internal note.
Go to Site Settings → Membership, then click Manage in the Online Store Customer Account section.
Once activated, a new Orders tab will appear in your project dashboard. There, you'll see all submitted orders along with customer details, and you'll be able to update their status as needed.
