πŸ“ Tasks: A New Section in Tilda CRM
Tilda CRM now features a new section called Tasks. You can use it to manage your leads more effectively.

Turn Leads into Tasks
Create a task directly from a lead card. The lead is automatically linked to the task, so you can access it from both the lead card and the Tasks section.

Customize Tasks to Fit Your Workflow
Add a title and description, assign the task to a team member, and set a due date and priority. You can also set a reminder for an upcoming deadline.

Break Big Tasks into Steps
If a task involves multiple actions, add a checklist with subtasks.

For example, a task like "Launch a new website" can be broken down into: Write the copy, design the layout, make it responsive, and publish it.

Personalize the Display
You can choose to view your tasks as a table or Kanban board. The table shows key details such as assignee, due date, priority, and stage. In Kanban view, tasks are organized by stage and can be quickly moved between columns.

Find Tasks Easily
When you have lots of tasks, use search and filters to quickly find what you need.

Filter tasks by assignee, date, priority, or status. You can also hide unnecessary columns in the table.

Link Tasks to Your CRM
Tasks can be linked not only to leads, but also to Tilda CRM lists. This lets you see where a task came from and keeps related tasks and leads in one place.

Manage Task Access
Team members can view and edit tasks according to their assigned roles and access to leads. Assigning a task doesn't give them additional access to client data.
