Input Fields In a Row For Online Forms In Pre-Designed Blocks

You can now display the input fields of your online forms in a single line. To do this, select "Combine into one row with the next field" in the Content tab of the block. You can also customize the width of each field in the row and set it to the default, 25%, 33%, 50%, or 100%.

Where to find: Any block containing an online form → Content tab → Input fields → More.

Style Preview And Letter Case Setup In Pre-Designed Block Settings

Settings that modify the style of elements are now more visual. The drop-down lists with style descriptions for the hamburger menu and navigation arrows are replaced with preview images. This is handy since you can see what a style looks like before applying it to an element.

On top of that, you can now modify the letter case for text elements in all pre-designed blocks with a single click.

Content Copy Protection For Lecture Texts

You can now prevent text and images in lectures from being copied-the new feature disables text selection and right-clicking in the browser. Note that this feature won’t guarantee 100% protection against all potential actions as it cannot block some of the browser tools.

Where to find: Members → Course → Add/Edit lecture → Protect content from being copied.

In the Course Statistics, you can now track the students' activity and see how effectively they interact with lectures and whether they’re engaged in the learning process. This data gives a clear idea of the percentage of course participants who are successfully completing lectures and submitting assignments and those struggling with starting the course. It can either display data for the last month with a day-by-day breakdown or for the last year with a month-by-month view.

More Members Area Updates

Randomized Question And Answer Order in Tests

Test questions and answers can be displayed in random order. This will make cheating more difficult. The update will increase the likelihood that students will take the test independently based on the knowledge gained in the course.

Where to find: Members → Courses → Add/Edit lecture (lecture type: Test) → Randomize the order of questions/answer options.

Exporting Group Members Data

It is now possible to export user data in the CSV format organized by group. It can be of use in case you want to send them marketing or any other types of newsletters or manage sales activities by adding them to a CRM or Google Sheets.

Where to find: Members → All Members → three dots next to the Add new member button → Export members.

Easier Google Fonts Connection

Using fonts from the Google Fonts library has become easier than ever. Now you don’t need to browse the Google Fonts library, look for the font you like, select the styles, and copy the link. You can simply connect selected fonts directly in Tilda.

You now have more flexibility in personalizing easing for each step of the animation. Previously, 5 basic types of easing were available: Linear, Ease-In, Ease-Out, Ease-In-Out, and Elastic-Fin. Now you can manually adjust easing, set precise values for this feature, as well as take advantage of 24 new types of easing.

The size of the Zero Block editor interface elements is no longer affected by zooming in/out of the workspace. Guides, grid lines, element borders, and rulers have been revamped to make your work in the editor more comfortable.

You can now apply changes to a page you’re designing in Zero Block without leaving the editor. Simply click "Publish" in the upper right corner and the page will be published.

To display the button, open Artboard Settings → Zero Block Settings → Publish.

Each animation sequence runs once, then plays all the steps in reverse, and then starts over again, making it ideal for infinite loop animation. The setting is available for all animation events except for animation "On scroll."

The animation sequence runs only once—it won’t repeat until the page is refreshed. This is useful when the animated element needs to appear after a button click or hover and remain visible on the page. The setting is available for "on Hover" and "on Click" animation events.

Overflow Setting For X & Y Axes

It is now possible to set separate overflow settings for the X and Y axes. This is handy if, for example, you want cards or reviews to scroll only horizontally, without vertical displacement.

Where to find: Artboard Settings → Position and Overflow.

You can now customize the settings for displaying a fixed Zero Block on the page for each resolution.

It is now possible to clear element settings for lower screen resolutions. This can come in handy if you don’t like the design of some of the mobile versions created earlier and want to quickly reset the design and start over.

Where to find: select one or more elements → right-click to access the context menu → Clear Adaptive Design.

Now the artboard can be scaled between 20% and 300% and moves relative to the cursor position. This range makes it easier to work with small details or complex animations with lots of elements when you need to zoom out the board as much as possible to see the full picture.

You can now apply linear and radial gradient effects to vector elements. The feature works for the fill and stroke colors. You can also import and edit SVG files containing gradients created in other graphic editors.

Also, when importing SVG elements, masks are supported—they will be properly imported and ready to be modified on Tilda.

Members Area Updates

Side Menu Update

Groups and courses are now organized in drop-down lists for a more compact display and quick navigation to the Members Area Settings. If you have more than 15 groups or courses, a search box appears to make it easier to find the desired course or group.

In the Course Statistics, you can see how students are attending your course and completing their homework. This data will help you understand which lectures and assignments students enjoy and which are causing difficulties. Based on this data, you can improve your course and its completion rate.

Where to find: in your project, open Members → Courses tab → Course Statistics.

If you hold the title of a group or course, you can drag the selected item to rearrange its position in the list. For example, you may want to move the course you work with most often to the top of the list.

In blocks ST300, ST305N, ST310N, ST315N, ST320N, and ST330 from the "Store" category, you can fix the purchase button on the product page in the mobile version.

In pre-designed blocks, you can now add a gradient for buttons and the background color of the block.

New Color Picker

It is now easier to use the website color palette and pick the right color faster. Select any color from the page using the eye dropper tool, and choose a preferred color model for your website: HEX, RGB, or HSL.

You can also customize the palette to be displayed in the panel by default: Colors on page, Saved colors, Tilda Colors library, or Gradients library.

Easy Page Navigation In the Editor

You can now navigate through your web pages using the drop-down list in the editor header. There you can also rename the current page, add a new one, or open the settings of any page.

The icon of a page that was not yet published is displayed in gray color; and if you have made changes but have not published them, a blue dot will appear next to the page icon.

To change the page order, just drag and drop them to the desired location. When there are many pages in the project, use search box to quickly find the right one.

You can turn any Zero Block into a pop-up using the modifier block Т1093 "Pop-up: Zero Block in pop-up" from the "Other" category. This comes in handy when you want to create an animated menu, a customized tooltip that appears on click, a promo pop-up, and many other things.

You can now specify which screen resolution you want the guides to be displayed on. This way you can easily customize your workspace without wasting time on hiding guides that are not relevant for certain resolutions.

When you select an element, its size is highlighted on the rulers. You can see the exact X and Y coordinates, which makes positioning elements more comfortable. Highlighting works with single and multiple elements, as well as with groups.

The guide coordinates and settings bar is now fixed on the left side of the screen. This allows you to always see and quickly change guide coordinates, regardless of your location in the workspace.

Flexible Background Image Positioning For Shapes

You can now customize the position of the image uploaded to Zero Block using the shape element. This allows you to quickly change the block layout and have more flexibility if the basic position options don’t work for you.

When the size of the shape is set in pixels, you can adjust the exact positioning of the background image. If the size is set in percentages, you can adjust the "focus," the part of the image that remains visible when the shape is stretched on different screens.

Members Area Updates

You can now customize emails that are automatically sent to users when they perform certain actions.

Personalized Email Templates

The setting is available for the following emails:

• user signup in the personal account;
• adding a member to a group;
• password recovery;
• modifying an email/login;
• password update.

To create your own email, go to Members Area Settings → Mail Settings. Make sure you’ve chosen your website language in Site Settings before personalizing the emails for members.

When creating a course or online school on Tilda, you can now schedule delayed lecture posting. Two options are available:

You can choose after which lecture to post the following one and how many hours, days, or weeks later to open it.

Use this feature if you want to automate the process of gradually accessing lectures. To set up delayed publication, create a new lecture or edit an existing one. Then select the desired parameter under "Show The Lecture After": Show on lecture completion or Show after the date.

Pending Group Membership Message

The member card now displays information about pending group membership if the option to automatically add members to the group is disabled.

You can enable this feature in the Settings of each group in your Members Area.

You can now add your own mail server. This is useful if you are planning to send more than 500 emails per hour.

Where to find: Site Settings → Membership → Manage members → Members Area Settings → Mail Server Settings → Mail server.

Fonts and colors for the Members Area are now used from the project and can be modified in Site Settings → Fonts and Colors. To apply changes, open the Membership dashboard—the updates will take place automatically.

Zero Block
Updates

You can now fix the position of Zero Block on the page. This allows you, for instance, to create a fixed menu with a custom layout. It can be fixed at the top or bottom of the page and set to appear after X pixels are scrolled down (Appear Offset). If Appear Offset is selected, two animation options—Fade In and Slide Up/Down—become available.

You can now modify the font family for the online form input fields.

Where to find: Form Settings → Form Style → Input Font Family.

To round the shape, drag the dot in the bottom right corner of the element. The detailed corner radius setup is also available in the element settings.

Group animation editing

You can now select several elements or groups and apply a Basic or Step-by-Step animation effect to all of them at once.

Set the number of pixels that have to be scrolled before the animation starts (Trigger Offset) individually for each screen resolution.

Mute videos with autoplay

For the Video element, the sound will be muted when autoplay is enabled. The setting cannot be modified as the latest browser versions don’t allow autoplay with sound.

Where to enable: Zero Block Settings → Show Rulers.

You can enable rulers and pull out guides to simplify the layout design process.

Tilda Sans Typeface Available For Download

Tilda Sans is Tilda’s signature variable typeface. It was created in late 2021 and could only be used by the platform users. As of today, anyone can download Tilda Sans for free and use it in any kind of project, including commercial ones.

You can now more flexibly edit the design of the signup and login page for people you provide access to Courses or Members Area.

It is now possible to add a header and footer for pages with a list of groups and courses and a list of lectures.

Students can now attach files when submitting their homework. They will be saved on the cloud storage of your choice: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Amazon, etc. To enable file upload, you need to specify the Tilda Upload Widget key in the Course Settings.

Vector. New Element In Tilda’s Zero Block

You can now create and edit vector elements in Zero Block. With the new vector editor, you can design any kind of shapes and basic illustrations for the website, as well as refine imported SVG files.

More Updates

Rounded corners for blocks from the "Tile and Link" category

How to enable: Settings → Cards → Corner Radius.

For some blocks from the "Tile and Link" category, you can now round the corners of the cards. The new setting is available for TE100, TE105, TE205, TE215, TE230, TE700, and TE710 blocks.

In Zero Block, it is now possible to add MP4 videos. Upload the video to your own server and link to it in the Settings of the Video element.

Where to find: Settings → Pop-Up.

In the product card, it is possible to adjust the size of the content container and set it either to 12 columns or 100% of the screen width. Available for blocks ST300, ST305N, ST310N, ST315N, ST320N, and ST330 from the "Store" category.

Where to find: Settings → Typography.

In blocks ST310N, ST300, ST305N, ST315N, ST320N, and ST330 you can now set the font size for the product SKU, options, and characteristics.

Deleting outdated posts in the "News feed channel" block T854

Where to find: Content → Go to the news feed settings → click Settings next to the required channel → Delete outdated posts.

You can now manually delete irrelevant news for Telegram channels connected through the bot in the block T854 "News feed channel" from the "Other" category.

Masonry gallery in two columns for mobile view

In the mobile version of the GL23 "Masonry gallery" block, the images display in two columns. If a user is viewing the website from a 320px wide device, the photos will be displayed in one column, as they were before.

Where to find: Site Settings → Membership → Manage members → Members Area Settings → Mail Server Settings.

You can now set fonts and colors for the Members Area in Site Settings. To apply changes, simply open the Membership management panel.

Custom Setup Of Viewport Sizes In Zero Block

You can now flexibly set up viewport sizes and create responsive layouts for any device in Zero Block using custom breakpoints. The breakpoint range is 320px to 1920px.

You can modify 5 default screen sizes, add new breakpoints, or remove unnecessary ones. A maximum of 10 different viewport sizes can be configured.

New Block-Based Text Editor In Feeds & Courses

The new editor is designed to simplify and speed up creating layouts for your articles and blog posts. In place of the default block library, the following types of content are available: Text, heading, image, video, quote, introduction, divider, callout, and designed code with highlighting. It is also possible to add third-party HTML code to the page.

Blocks can be modified using the context menu: Move, delete, and convert them to other types, such as from body text to a quote. Some block types have a specific set of settings: You can set a caption, alt text, and a link for an image.

Dynamic Discounting In Product Catalog

You can now create flexible—linear or differential—discounts for your products in the Catalog.

The linear discount varies within a set range, such as from 5 to 15%, depending on the number of orders or the total purchase amount. The differential discount is fixed, and you can assign multiple rules to it.

You can set several discounts and apply them to all the products in the Catalog, specific categories, or selected products. You can also specify the discount duration and the number of available activations.

Where to enable: Product Catalog → three-dot menu in the gray panel on top → Discounts.
