New Features When Adding Custom Fonts
You can now upload Extra Bold and Black custom font styles to your projects in Site Settings
Now you can upload a variable font which is a single file with information about all possible font weights. All modern browsers support this format. The format will help you configure typography for your project in a more flexible way.

WOFF2 File Format
Font files can be optionally uploaded in WOFF2 format which is a new format for delivering web page fonts on the fly. WOFF2 font files are about 30% lighter due to enhanced compression. The format is supported by some browsers, so we recommend using it along with WOFF.

Online Store Micro Updates
When selecting an option in a store's product list, the image in the card will now change. This is handy for the users as they don't need to open the pop-up to see what different options look like.
This function is automatically available for the blocks with product cards: ST300, ST305N, ST310N, ST315, and ST320 – if you display items with multiple variants from the catalog.

Sorting product options in product cards and catalog filters
Automatically sort the product options' numerical values taking into account units of measurement in the product card and catalog filters. You no longer have to rearrange the options manually for a consistent display. Works for clothing sizes, numbers, watts, bytes, and the units for length and weight (metric system).
Displaying products in stock and sorting products on the website by default
It's now possible to show already filtered products by default when you open the page. For example, only products that are in stock and sorted by name, price, date added, and so on. The update will be useful if you are launching advertising campaigns and it's important to show the products in a certain order. The update is available for blocks ST300, ST305N, ST310N, ST315, and ST320. You can make changes in the block settings → Filters & Store Categories.
Additional options when downloading a catalog in CSV
When exporting catalog products to a CSV file, you can now add disabled items, along with the links to images and products.
Product titles without properties when generating a Facebook Feed
A toggle "Don't add variant option values to the product title" is now available when generating a Facebook Feed. If you enable this setting, the same title will be used for all variants, and the variant property values will be added to the product description.

Manual Language Setup for Website's System Elements
You can now manually set the language for a website's system elements: on-page search, forms, fields, errors, shopping cart, shipping, catalog, and feeds. French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and other languages are available.
By default, the system message language adapts to the user's browser. To keep flexibility, we recommend that you keep the default setting. Here's where you can find it: Site Settings → More → Website Language.

Speeding Up Tilda Websites
Working on the loading speed of web pages has become routine for us. We implement new technologies and optimize technical processes to speed up Tilda websites. Some of the updates are visible to the user in the personal account, while some are not.
• Delayed counter initialization. For the counter on the page to connect, the browser has to load a script, analyze the code, and execute it. Google Analytics files are quite heavy, so if you load them all at once, they will slow down page display speed. That’s why, by default, these counters are connected 2 seconds after the page loads. How to disable: Site Settings → Analytics.
• Lazy Load without showing thumbnail in Zero Block. Images will be shown gradually as the visitor scrolls down the page but only after the original image is loaded. It can be customized for each shape. Where to enable: Zero Block → Shape Element Settings → LazyLoad: On, without showing thumbnail.

Here are the latest updates:
• New strategy for separating critical and secondary scripts loading. Asynchronous connection of JavaScript and CSS files made the websites load faster. This is already implemented and works on all your projects by default.
• Instant content rendering on the page. If the feature is enabled, font loading won't block page rendering. The website will first display the system font, and after a few seconds, when the font is loaded, the text will be rendered in the connected font. How to enable: Site Settings → Fonts and Colors → Advanced.

Online Store Micro Updates
• You can now add the exact color for a product variant in the Product Catalog using a HEX code. This is handy as you won't have to pick the color on the palette manually—just copy the desired color's code from the Tilda Colors, third-party editor, or another item's settings, and paste it into a special field.
• The H1 meta tag can now be added to the product page header. This setting will allow you to flexibly adjust the search optimization of your online store and find new customers online.
• More options for importing CSV files into your catalog: you can now add multiple images to products and take advantage of the multiline fields and tab delimiter processing.

Restoring deleted items in the shopping cart
If a user deletes a product from the cart, the timer is activated. It is possible to return the item to the cart within 5 seconds. This option is useful when a person changes their mind or has deleted the item accidentally.

Dimensions and weights for the product variants
Now you can set different dimensions and weights for the product variants in the catalog. Let's say you sell small, medium, and large Christmas trees; you can set different values for each of them in order to calculate the shipping cost correctly.
Product import/export using CSV-files
It is possible to export and import products' weight and dimensions, as well as a product card mark ("Sale", "New", etc.) using CSV-files.
During the import it is now possible to group product variants by the parent ID, stock keeping unit, name, or to upload without grouping.

Zero Block Updates
Now you can change the parameters of multiple selected elements of the same type. This update speeds up the design process: you can change the fonts of several elements at once, as well as their size, color, opacity, etc.
It has also become way easier to adapt elements to various screen resolutions. Imagine you have 6 text elements of the same level with a font size of 24 pixels. To quickly adapt them to a smaller screen, you just need to set the font size to 22 pixels once and it will be applied to all the selected text blocks.

Right-click any element in Zero Block to open the context menu. It helps you get to the most frequently used settings, such as copy, delete, or lock, faster. Also, working with layers and a large number of elements has become more convenient.

New Feature on Tilda: Adaptive Image Loading
We deployed the image processing technology that scales images to the size of the layout container and converts them to a next-gen format — WebP.

We want to make sure our support is effective and enjoyable for you so we are constantly working on improving the quality of our support service.
Things got very busy during the pandemic. Some of you had to wait a little longer than usual to hear from us. Here’s what we did to tackle the issue: We hired more staff and improved internal processes. Today, our workload and average response times are back to normal. We are proud of our Customer Support Team and we are grateful for your patience and understanding.
We have also introduced a new ticketing system to help us process customer queries. Now, if you have a question for us, choose the question category and fill out a form.

New in Zero Block
Place one or several galleries anywhere inside the block, customise cursors and borders, and enable animation effects. To add the gallery feature, click on the Add gallery button and choose images you want to add to a gallery carousel.
Create your animation for the desktop version of the website, then switch to the tablet mode and, in the mobile animation section, click 'Switch on'. Animation will be enabled for all mobile devices. You can adapt your animations to fit different screen sizes. Animation trigger will be the same for all devices.
Align multiple elements with two clicks. The feature will position elements at equal intervals from each other. Save time by avoiding repetitive tasks. To align elements, highlight them and click on the Tidy up button.

Recommend additional products from your online store to your site visitors. Display cards for one or all product categories.
The maximum number of thumbnail images is calculated based on the size of the main image. If there are more small images than able to fit into a column, the last image will feature the number of images that didn't fit. The feature is available in blocks ST300, ST305N, ST310N and ST315N in the Gallery Style section.
Share a link with a specific selection of products. Site visitors can set up filters or sorting of products and email the link to anyone — the settings will be saved. This feature helps the owners of online stores built in Tilda to set up more targeted advertising. When a person clicks on the ad, she will be taken to a specific set of products based on their colour, size, and any other parameters.
